During the founders extensive travels  to various parts of the world they found that the baked potato was enjoyed and relished as an alternative in the fast food industry.

The humble potato was never seen to be a healthy option as it was always fried , chipped or boiled.

The baked potato concept served an alternative healthy option with great tasting fillings  and a hunger quenching treat. The gap in the market has never been addressed and the founders wanted to fill this gap so that everyone young and old could enjoy the hearty potato dressed with healthy fillings like a bride in its beauty!

Along with the baked potato the founders wanted to ensure that the whole package was organic, Non GM and pure and the fillings were of equal stature. As one would put it, and excusing the pun, Back to our roots”.

Potatojee was born with a vision as a singular key product complimented with quality accompaniments and a niche in the fast food industry.

The baking process is done by specialist ovens which leave the product crispy on the outside but soft and fluffy within. This ensures that all the natural goodness is retained and the consumer is having nutrients combined with the ever essential roughage lacking in diets in our current refined diets.
